Mazda CX-3: Seat Belt Precautions / Pregnant Women and Persons with Serious Medical Conditions
Pregnant women should always wear seat belts. Ask your doctor for specific
recommendations.
The lap belt should be worn SNUGLY AND AS LOW AS POSSIBLE OVER THE HIPS.
The shoulder belt should be worn across your shoulder properly, but never
across the
stomach area.
Persons with serious medical conditions also should wear seat belts. Check
with your doctor
for any special instructions regarding specific medical conditions.

Seat belts help to decrease the possibility of severe injury during accidents
and sudden
stops. Mazda recommends that the driver and all passengers always wear seat
belts...
Emergency Locking Mode
When the seat belt is fastened, it will always be in the emergency locking
mode.
In the emergency locking mode, the belt remains comfortable on the occupant and
the
retractor will lock in position during a collision...
Other information:
Inspect the temporary spare tire at least
monthly to make sure it is properly
inflated and stored.
NOTE
The temporary spare tire condition
gradually deteriorates even if it has not
been used.
The temporary spare tire is easier to
handle because of its construction which is
lighter and smaller than a conventional
tire...
WARNING
Do not stack cargo or objects higher than
the seatbacks:
Cargo stacked higher than the seatbacks is
dangerous. It can block your view in the
rearview mirror, which might cause you to
hit another car when changing lanes.
Rearview mirror adjustment
Before driving, adjust the rearview mirror
to center on the scene through the rear
window...
